Working with the local government

My friend Yesel got a job in the Abancay local government office.  I know her from church but also we studied together on the Diploma course last year - so she asked me to hep out a couple of times with her work.

We were completing more of the diagnostic surveys I was doing last year - but this time in the villages around Abancay.  So examining the condition of the existing infrastructure and talking to the water board about how they manage the system.  Cue lots of photos of reservoirs in varying conditions, and beautiful views back over the city.
